Just a list of dealers / places to buy the Lifan KPX 250 that we and others have had good luck with. Keep in mind there are tons of Lifan dealers in the US, and all are not created equal! Please contact us or post up on the Facebook Group to let us know your experience with any dealers and if you’d like to see any added to the list.
The reality is that the KPX 250 is the higher end of the road-legal Chinese motorcycles and you will likely spend just over $3,000. If you are looking for entry level, head over to TBR7.com/Buy-A-TBR and there are lots of options in the $1500-$2500 range that will get you riding and you can even order straight off of Amazon including the 200cc Lifan dual sport which is going for as little as $2,000 nowadays as well as some smaller options like the KP-Mini through our dealers. A lot of us started on the cheaper bikes and moved up to the KPX. To each his own! If you are actually looking to spend more, then I’d suggest going with a used or new Japanese bike.. but if it’s your first bike, these Chinese dual sports are great learning tools so you don’t break something too nice !
Get here because of a click-bait ‘Bought the xxx bike of amazon’ video on YouTube? It’s cool, that’s how we got into this too. Want to be the guy that buys your bike off Amazon? You can do that too. It ends up going through a dealership that would sell it directly to you cheaper, so I’d suggest going that route.
Turbo Powersports is one of the few dealers that has stepped up and taken responsibility to actually be responsive, help with warranty issues, and sell parts for the Lifan series of bike without ripping you off. For that reason, we support them here on this page. Use code: KyleKPX when purchasing and let them know we sent you to support us and keep these sites running. Any prices shown are as of 3/11/2025. Please click on the images to be taken direction to TurboPowerSports pages.

Of note: It’s currently much cheaper to purchase through Turbo than on Amazon and you get the dealer support.

Lifan KPX not for you? Too expensive, try a X-Pect 200. Want a cafe racer, try the kpm200. Want something bigger? Try the KPT 400. There are a lot of other options out there, not just from Lifan, but others such as the Hawk 250, Tbr7. Most are available direct from Amazon as well as dealers. All the motorcycles below are not necessarily street legal at the time of publishing, so verify before purchasing if you are trying to tag and ride legally on the road.
